Manufactured locally in Escalon, our concrete septic tanks are engineered to meet IAPMO standards for quality and durability and are used in residential, commercial, and agricultural applications throughout the region.
We offer a wide variety of septic solutions, including concrete septic tanks, Standard and Monolithic, Grease Interceptors, Sand Oil Separators, Norweco Aerobic treatment sytems, Infiltrator poly/plastic septic tanks, and concrete water troughs. In addition, we carry many septic system accessories including but not limited to, risers, Infiltrator chambers, distribution boxes, pipe, fittings, manhole assemblies, and grade rings. Because these products are manufactured and stocked locally, customers benefit from reliable availability, knowledgeable support, and direct access to a team that understands the products and applications.

Our Escalon location supplies bulk landscape materials for residential and commercial projects throughout the Central Valley. Contractors, landscapers, property managers, and homeowners rely on us for quality materials, competitive pricing, and dependable delivery.
Landscape materials originate from quarries all over the valley and are available for special orders in bulk transfer loads, approx. 18-20 yards making them an excellent solution for larger landscape installations and commercial projects. Standard delivery rates are available within a 30-mile radius of our Escalon location, with deliveries beyond that area available for an additional charge.
We offer a wide variety of landscape materials including decorative rock, gravel, cobbles, bark products, soil amendments, sand, road base, drain rock, decomposed granite, lava rock, and specialty landscape materials for those large-scale projects.
Cart Rental
Need concrete for a smaller project? Our Cart-Away towable concrete mixers provide a convenient and cost-effective alternative to ordering a full ready mix truck.
Available exclusively from our Escalon location, each cart holds up to one cubic yard of ready mix concrete and is available in 1/4-yard increments. Customers can choose from 5-sack or 6-sack concrete mixes with 3/4" minus rock, making these rentals ideal for patios, walkways, fence posts, equipment pads, repairs, and other small residential or light commercial projects.
Cart rentals are generally available for projects located within 30 miles of our Escalon facility. Before reserving a cart, customers should ensure their vehicle has adequate towing capacity, suspension, and a compatible hitch system.
Concrete Blocks
Concrete blocks are available from our Elk Grove location and provide a durable, versatile solution for a wide range of commercial, agricultural, industrial, and construction applications. Common uses include retaining walls, storage bins, material separation areas, site organization, erosion control, and temporary barriers.
