Folsom Ready Mix Sponsors Foursome and a Hole for the El Dorado Boys & Girls Club Golf Tournament
We are happy to announce that we will again be a part of the El Dorado Boys & Girls Club’s annual golf tournament. This year’s 2018 “Tee it up for the Kids” Golf Tournament will take place on Friday, October 12th. Folsom Ready Mix is a foursome sponsor for this event as well as a hole sponsor. The golf tournament benefits the El Dorado County chapter of the Boys & Girls Club. The tournament will take place again at the Cold Springs Golf & Country Club in Placerville and we are very thankful again to be a part of such a great event for an even greater cause.

Friday September 21st we are sponsoring a foursome at the California Landscape Contractors Association’s (CLCA) annual golf tournament. The tournament will take place at Whitney Oaks Golf Club at 2305 Clubhouse Drive in Rocklin, CA. A lot of our contractors that do residential work are a part of this association, so we wanted to come out to show our support!
Folsom Ready Mix Donation to Support Local Carr Fire Fundraiser
Last weekend, in response to the devastating wildfires in Shasta County, locals in the community organized an amazing fundraising dinner “From the Ashes Neighbors Unite! Carr Fire Fundraiser”. We were happy to participate by donating money to process the meat to make the dinner. One of our own drivers here at Folsom Ready Mix is from Redding, CA and his mother organized this amazing effort.

This past Friday we took the opportunity to come together and throw another employee appreciation BBQ at both our Rancho Cordova plant and our Roseville plant.
Our employee appreciation BBQs are a great opportunity for us to celebrate our employees and to show how grateful we are to have them with us. Spotlighting Our Roseville Folsom Ready Mix Location
From downtown Sacramento all the way out to Auburn to the East and all the way up to Oroville to the north, Folsom Ready Mix has been servicing these areas out of our Roseville Plant since 2002! Our Roseville location is an incredibly important piece of our Folsom Ready Mix organization and offers the same products and services as our Rancho Cordova plant. We serve all ranges of customers with varying capabilities from bridges to backyard patios and pool decks and everything in between.

For those unfamiliar, we would love to introduce a terrific organization called Blessings in a Backpack. This organization is currently feeding students from five different elementary schools in the Rancho Cordova area and they are working on adding two additional schools in Folsom as they continue to grow. What are they doing specifically? They are sending home breakfast, lunch, dinners and snacks every Friday for students who may not otherwise have gotten another meal until Monday.
