Red Hawk Casino is adding a new hotel and an amusement complex this year in Placerville, CA. The planned entertainment center will occupy 85,000 square feet of space above the northern half of the parking garage and will feature a bowling alley, virtual reality gaming suites, and indoor go-carting. As concrete supplier for this project, Folsom Ready Mix Rancho Cordova, Plant 1 supplied lightweight concrete for the 85,000 sq. ft slab, placed on a suspended steel deck. General contractor, Avanti & Level 10, coordinated the construction of the new entertainment center on top of Red Hawk Casino’s 8th floor parking structure.

This year we joined a fantastic organization, Remember a Vet, as Gold Sponsors for their 6th Annual Golf Tournament Benefitting the Annual Wreath Project. We joined in on the fun earlier this month on Friday, June 3, 2022 at Haggin Oaks Golf Complex in Sacramento for the shotgun start at 7:30 AM, followed by a BBQ lunch and awards program.

This annual event gives children of all ages the opportunity to touch, climb on and explore over 20 different types of exciting machines and unique vehicles. The event hosts a ton of child friendly activities such as giant slides, interactive games, and music. It was a great turnout and a great time for the kids. On Monday May 2nd, 2021 Folsom Ready Mix joined in the Builders Fore Kids Charity Golf Tournament at the Granite Bay Golf Club. This year we participated as a hole sponsor for this event. Proceeds from this event will be used to help Capital College & Career Academy reach their $50,000 fundraising goal.

This fiber reinforcement enhances the durability of concrete by reducing crack widths. It is impossible to prevent concrete from cracking, so instead we focus on preventing the micro cracks from gaining momentum. Fibers are thoroughly mixed and evenly dispersed in the concrete, giving the fibers the ability to stop microcracks at an early age.
