This year we joined a fantastic organization, Remember a Vet, as Gold Sponsors for their 6th Annual Golf Tournament Benefitting the Annual Wreath Project. We joined in on the fun earlier this month on Friday, June 3, 2022 at Haggin Oaks Golf Complex in Sacramento for the shotgun start at 7:30 AM, followed by a BBQ lunch and awards program.

This annual event gives children of all ages the opportunity to touch, climb on and explore over 20 different types of exciting machines and unique vehicles. The event hosts a ton of child friendly activities such as giant slides, interactive games, and music. It was a great turnout and a great time for the kids. On Monday May 2nd, 2021 Folsom Ready Mix joined in the Builders Fore Kids Charity Golf Tournament at the Granite Bay Golf Club. This year we participated as a hole sponsor for this event. Proceeds from this event will be used to help Capital College & Career Academy reach their $50,000 fundraising goal.

We were happy to be a part of Gateway International Charter School’s Annual Careers on Wheels Event this year. We want to send a big THANK YOU to all the organizing this event. It’s always a blast to be with the kids! Gateway International Charter School is a K-8 charter whose mission is to develop the whole child as a compassionate, life-long learner. Their goal, through inquiry, reflection and rigor, is for students to become globally aware and actively involved in their community and the world.

Fiber-reinforced concrete contains a discrete synthetic fibrous material that is available in a variety of lengths, densities, and blends to create a three-dimensional reinforcement network. This fiber reinforcement enhances the durability of concrete by reducing crack widths. It is impossible to prevent concrete from cracking, so instead we focus on preventing the micro cracks from gaining momentum. Fibers are thoroughly mixed and evenly dispersed in the concrete, giving the fibers the ability to stop microcracks at an early age.

Folsom Ready Mix spent Halloween joining the Cordova Recreation & Park District in bringing a fantastic Trunk or Treat event to Hagan Community Park in Rancho Cordova! Cordova Recreation & Park District partnered with local organizations, businesses, and individuals to provide a safe and fun trick-or-treating experience for our community. We had a blast.

On Monday October 18th, 2021 Folsom Ready Mix joins in the Builders Fore Kids Charity Golf Tournament at the Granite Bay Golf Club. This year we are participating as a foursome in sponsorship of this event. The goal is to raise $30,000 for The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Sacramento to complete their “Field of Dreams” project! Proceeds from this event will be used to help The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Sacramento and members of SMUD’s Building Leadership Talent team raise the needed funds to complete the “Field of Dreams” Project and anything exceeding that goal will be shared among additional children’s organizations.
