We are pleased to announce that Farmer Companies has purchased the stock and is assuming ownership of Folsom Ready Mix effective November 6th, 2023.

Below is a message from Farmer Companies:

We have the upmost respect for the Folsom Ready Mix Operation and are excited to have them become a part of our team. We will continue to operate as Folsom Ready Mix, Inc. We are fortunate to have the Executive management team and all personnel remaining with the company. Specifically, Derek Miller, VP of Sales & Finance, and Josh Neff, VP of Operations, will continue with the company long term. In addition, Rick Masciovecchio will also stay with Folsom Ready Mix for the foreseeable future to assist with the transition of ownership. As with any transition, this may prompt questions or concerns. Should this be the case, please contact Derek and Josh at their current phone numbers, (916) 847-3223 and (916) 836-9279 or your regional sales representative. Finally, the process for placing and confirming orders will also stay the same. The entire team at Folsom Ready Mix continues to be committed to provide you with quality concrete and the superior service that you deserve.

  • The Accounts Receivable team at Folsom Ready Mix will also continue to assist you with any questions you have regarding your account with us.
  • If you are currently receiving invoices and statements via e-mail, that will continue.
  • To begin receiving them by e-mail, please contact us at finance@folsomreadymix.com
  • If you are currently paying electronically, there will not be any changes in our bank account number or bank routing number
  • Checks paying on account will continue to be made payable to Folsom Ready Mix, Inc
