Folsom Ready Mix Announces Purchase of P&L Concrete Products

We’re thrilled to announce that Farmer Companies, through a strategic stock purchase, will officially welcome P&L Concrete Products, Inc. into the Folsom Ready Mix family, effective June 10, 2024.

Since 1979, P&L Concrete Products has been a cornerstone of excellence in the concrete industry, earning a reputation for quality and reliability. We’re honored to welcome them to the Folsom Ready Mix family, while ensuring their respected brand continues to thrive.

Leadership and Continuity

We are pleased to confirm that the management team and all personnel at P&L Concrete Products will be remaining with the company long term.  P&L Concrete Products will continue to operate under its established name and all operations and processes will remain the same, including order placements, invoicing, and customer service.

In addition, Derek Miller, President, and Joshua Neff, Vice President, will be overseeing the company moving forward. They will be leading the team through this acquisition and all future operations. Furthermore, we are fortunate to have Arlene and Jeff Francis, the owners of P&L Concrete Products, onboard in the short term to facilitate a seamless transition.
