COVID-19 Message for Folsom Ready Mix Customers

Dear Valued Customer,

I want to take this time to THANK YOU for your business and inform you that, Folsom Ready Mix will continue to operate during the COVID-19 crisis. We are working in accordance with the local county and state mandated “Stay at Home or Place of Residence” restrictions. We will let you know if anything changes that prevents us from operating.

Putting people first is our top priority as a company and we want to let you know how we’re addressing COVID-19 at Folsom Ready Mix. We’re taking many preventive measures to keep our team members and our customers safe. I am asking the same of our Customers. Please ensure your employees at the job site are managing to the “Social Distancing” Requirements. We have communicated guidelines to all of our employees our expectations. We have advised employees to stay home if they or their families experience any flu like symptoms.

We are operating with limited in office staffing to prevent exposure, so response times for assistance or inquires may be slowed a bit as staff are working from home to keep the business running. We have implemented guidelines in the office for dropping off payments. Please remain in the lobby and our staff will assist you. This guideline holds true for our plants as well, access will be managed and likely eliminated.

We are committed to complying with our obligation as a business in the communities we operate in and in support of our customers.

We will do our best to inform you should we be impacted further. We value your business and want to maintain minimal interruption. That said, we may have limitations during scheduling. Just know, we are doing our best to serve you.
