At Folsom Ready Mix, supporting the communities where we live and work goes beyond the jobsite.
On September 19, members of the Folsom Ready Mix team came together to participate in the 2026 Sacramento Heart & Stroke Walk, supporting the American Heart Association and its work to improve heart and brain health.
This year, Folsom Ready Mix made a $10,000 company donation to the American Heart Association. Our team also raised an additional $2,848.87, bringing our combined support to $12,848.87.
Walking for Healthier, Stronger Communities
The Sacramento Heart & Stroke Walk brings together local businesses, families, survivors and community members in support of the American Heart Association's mission.
Heart Walk fundraising helps support cardiovascular research, CPR education and other efforts designed to save lives. The American Heart Association describes the event as an opportunity to create "health and hope for every heartbeat," with every walker and donation helping support CPR training, research and lifesaving initiatives. Folsom Ready Mix was also recognized by the American Heart Association as one of the event's Nation of Lifesavers sponsors, joining businesses and organizations throughout the Sacramento region in supporting the 2026 event. American Heart Association
